CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER MERCHANDISE:

Lead times are subject to change as they are stated based on current product availability and other conditions. Lead times can fluctuate due to the timing of many things, including, but not limited to: formal receipt of your order, payment/deposit submission, finish selection, fabric selection, hardware selection, approved shop drawings, and response time. We always do our best to adhere to all estimated lead times and proactively communicate any changes should they arise.

Customer’s Own Material: All COM must be approved by the manufacturer before production of the order may begin. Production begins upon receipt of approved COM by the manufacturer producing the product.

Unless otherwise stated, all non-custom items are as shown and described online. Many items are handcrafted and use natural materials. Variations in color, texture, finish, and pattern should be expected.

Please note that wood pieces respond to variations in the humidity levels of your home. The degree of humidity or dryness may cause splitting, which will not affect the structural integrity of the piece and is not to be considered abnormal or flawed.

Custom order items are not returnable or eligible for refunds. You have up to 24 hours (from the date the order was placed) to cancel a custom order. After that time or once an order deposit is received, custom orders are non-refundable.

ANTIQUES AND VINTAGE PIECES:

Our antique and vintage items are hand-selected domestically and from abroad, each piece being curated for style, uniqueness, magnificence, and uncommon appeal.

For most antique and vintage items, origin and age are estimated from information gathered at procurement and from knowledge of historical periods and furniture design. Antique and vintage items may not have definitive dates or origins when such knowledge cannot be authenticated.

All antique and vintage sales are final. Returns of antique and vintage items for exchange, credit, or refund are not accepted.
